How can it be Eid and my dad is far?!

My dear dad... Eid is far and so are you

My precious dad... my Eid will be beautiful when you come back

My loving dad... Eid is strange without you

My dear dad... if Allah wills you come back and so will Eid

I pray to Allah you will come back soon

I don't know who took my dad and took Eid from me

I don't know why he's been taken and put far away from me

Eid has been imprisoned with my dad.

If Allah wills you will come back my dad and so will Eid... Aamen

Note: This was written last Eid and still the younget of brother Jamil's daughter has not met her father. Inshallah, we can all do everything we can to ensure that they are re-united by next Eid, Inshallah.

** Eid Mubarak! Alhumdulillah, Eid is a time for celebration and Inshallah, we have all made the most of this bleesed month of Ramadan and will continue to increase our ibadah even though Ramadan is now over. Inshallah, we have all rid of our nafs and gained closeness to Allah(swt). Ameen. **

Please do not forget your brothers and sisters oppressed in Palestine, Chechnya, Afghanistan, Iraq, Lebanon and all the brothers and sisters effected by the 'war on terror' and the ummah as a whole in your pious and thought felt duas.
